Ordering Samples
Samples can be order on each relevant page, payment can be made online via Paypal or by personnel cheque (made payable to D. Taylor). When ordering samples please state your colour scheme/theme, we will try our best to send out samples in your stated colour, but please note this cannot always be possible. The price of any samples ordered will be deducted from any subsequent orders you may make. Wedding favour samples are sent to you empty. All sample orders will be sent to you with an order form should you wish to place an order. Samples of ribbon, card, etc are available on request.

Placing a Wedding Stationery and Invitation Order
If you ordered a sample please use the form sent out to you or you can download and print an order form from the relevant page, post it to us along with your payment/deposit or you can request to pay via Paypal, whereby a invoice will be sent to you via e-mail. Please try to order ALL items and quantities required at once, as colour variations can occur in different batches of card, paper, ribbon etc and certain handmade papers are dyed by batch and each colour batch can vary significantly. We do appreciate that quantities can alter, so any additions can be added at a later date. If you would like to match colours, of i.e. bridesmaid dresses, we would be grateful if you could provide a colour swatch. Prices include a white envelope, where applicable, a printed insert where applicable unless otherwise stated with your chosen text etc. Before placing an order please read our terms and conditions.

Proofs
When we have received a wedding stationery or invitation order and deposit from you a proof will be sent out to you as soon as possible for your approval. Once your signed proof/s are received your deposit will become non-refundable. Please note that proof-reading is the responsibility of the client, so please ensure you check all details thoroughly, especially spelling of names and dates, then sign it and return it as quickly as possible.

Tableplans
Please use the order form provided on our table plan page. We will need to know the following information ideally four weeks before your wedding or event.
• Wedding Date
• Title of the Plan - this is usually the Bride and Groom's names (as you wish them to read) or the event title plus the date
• The Number of Guest Tables you are having
• The Colour of the Frame you would like if required
• The Main Board Colour
• The Design - if ordering wedding stationery
• Your Theme or Colour Scheme - if not ordering wedding stationery
Your Guests Names - In our experience we would always recommend including surnames as it eliminates confusion for your guests, you and us! Be particularly careful with similar sounding names as there are frequently many spelling variations.
You will need to send your guest list via email as a word document. Faxed, posted typed lists or emailed 'image' files will incur an additional fee of £2.00 per guest table, due to the considerable extra work involved.
The Type of Plan - please refer to our layout to choose between our flat or apparture plan as there is a vast price difference

Fonts - font you would like to use on your plan you may even want to use a different font for the table names or numbers
Table Names or Numbers if required - numbering your tables makes life very simple as some venues will provide table numbers free of charge; we can provide plain table names numbers but we can also adapt your design to make beautiful co-ordinating cards.

Cakes
All our cakes and cookies are freshly made and made to order, we need at least two weeks notice to enable us to source any unusual cake tins etc if needed but please contact us as soon as possible. When ordering please provide as much information as possible, ie occasions, theme, colours, age, name etc.

Payment
To enable work to commence on order we need a 50% deposit (non-refundable) along with your completed order form. Once this has been received and processed, work will commence. When work on your order is nearing completion you will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance which will need to be paid before your order is dispatched, when ordering cakes this can be paid upon delivery or collection. The remaining balance will need to be paid within 7 days of receipt, with the exception of cakes. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (payable to D. Taylor) or you can request to pay by credit/debit card via paypal (there is a surcharge of 3% to cover paypal fees, with the exception of samples). Payment of your deposit will be taken as acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned on this web site.

Delivery
All orders where applicable within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. We do offer special next day delivery at an extra cost. Datz Creationz cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit, although every effort will be made to ensure your stationery is adequately packaged. If ordering online and you require insurance please add it on completion of placing your order.

International orders will be sent via airmail and will be charged accordingly, prices on request.
